Return Policy
We do our very best to make your experience with our order enjoyable and memorable. However, if something wasn’t quite right or you weren’t fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Unopened, unworn, and undamaged
- Returned with original packaging
- Free from marks, stains, odors, or missing parts
Items returned in a different condition may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened stationery sets or boxes with missing items
- Used pens, markers, sticky notes, tapes, or similar consumable items
- Personalized or custom orders
- Final sale / clearance items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review and assist.
Shipping Carrier Damage
We carefully pack every order before shipment. However, once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for damage, delays, mishandling, or loss caused during transit. Any transit-related damage claims may need to be submitted to the carrier. We will still do our best to help guide you through the process.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent incorrectly by us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing, depending on your bank.
